Kueh Paq as I call them when I was young. Guang Bing was invented by the hero Ji Guang as dry food for his soldiers to carry along during Anti-Japanese occupation war in China. It tastes like French Bread but it has sesame seeds on top. It is now one of the popular food of Foochow.

Haa.. enuff on foods.

I was born in Lau King Howe Hospital, Sibu.  Local people must know the hospital.  Situated near the longest river in Malaysia – Rajang River.  Today you wouldn’t find the hospital anymore. The place had been removed and they buil a waterfront plus the Lau King Howe Hospital old monument.

Well I managed to have a sightseeing at my birthplace.
