I have been craving Penang Laksa since last week.
Went to the popular stall which was people recommended for the best Penang Laksa in Kuching, unfortunately the stall was closed.
At last, I decided to cook on my own. So ‘semangat’, me and mom went to the wet market this early morning to buy the ingredients. We couldn’t find Daun Kesom, so we just proceed with other ingredients.
It was her first time too, to cook Penang Laksa. Just follow the instruction from the recipe…. and….
Ta-da! Not bad lah for the first trial. Hehehe…
