Yeah, it’s been awhile since I updated about my pen paling activity. I received this letter from my pen pal in Norway. It was arrived in my mailbox last year. Yup, last year… during the ‘battle’ day of my late bapak.
I had apologized to her for the late reply. Let’s take a look inside the letter. Sugoi desu ne~
This is what I love the most. So lovely. I’m going to use this for my scrap book project.
Including this. I know some of you must be envying me.Lol.
Bookmarks too… Who want these? I got some extra bookmarks.
And lastly, some excerpt from classic books. She knew that I love reading.
This is a mail tag from her, I had pass it on to my pen pal in Chicago. To play on this game, once we received the mail tag, we would write the answer in our letter. And then, pass the mail tag to another pen pal. Sounds fun, right?
I made a mail tag too and has pass it on to Heidi. Hopefully it will travel far away from here.
I made an envelop for my pen pal too, quite recently. I found that making these was fun. I always loved paper craft and snail mailing. Anyone want a pen pal, me! I’m all yours. 😂
So I participate again for #csmswap organised by Cross Stitch Malaysia group.
This time, we were taking role as a Floss Fairy. Every floss fairy required to send their top three favourite colour of DMC floss. Before that, let’s take a look at my DIY card. Laffly? 😉
And here are my top three favourite colours. Green, yeah. 💚 There is mint green, teal green, and Keroppi green. haha. 🐸
I have received my floss and a chart from my floss fairy too. It was from Deborah Reggie. She also included a lovely cross stitch poem. Wow? Never knew that there is a poem for cross stitchers. Must be a literature stitcher. hehe. 🤓
It’s time for my November Happy Posto wrap up.
On the card printed was “Malta – On the Road to Città Vecchia during Orange Picking Season. From a painting by Chev Edw. Caruana Dingli”
And it came from Germany. Distance travel : 10, 453 km. Lovely flower stamps.
These cute hippo card was illustrated by Anna Chernyshova. I wonder why our country doesn’t have cute postcards like this.
Yes, as you can see from the stamps. It had travelled for 9,240km from Belarus.
The Wildflowers of the Rockies postcard. On the card was printed : “There is a profusion of colourful and unusual flowers that grow wild throughout the Rockies. Two of the most abundant are the Columbine and Indian Paintbrush.”
This card had travelled for 15, 613km from Colorado, USA.
This is my favourite among all the postcard that I received on November. Pretty cool, isn’t it?
The stamp was so cool too. It was from Saint Pettersburg, Russia. The card had been travelled for 9, 304km to reach Kuching.
I guessed it was a progessive month for me.I have two letters waiting to reply. Ciao! 😉
I know, I know it’s already October. I thought I have updated on the Happy Posto post last month. Indeed, my blog was so in silent mode. Last month I received this beautiful pistcard from Chicago. It’s a view of Grand Lake, Colorado.
This postcard was from my pen pal. She told me that she had received my letter and will write soon to me. And this also reminds me that I have promised to send a letter to my pen pal in Norway, but I haven’t send it yet. Aiseh….
Last week I received a Viking Laws postcard from Norway.
Turn out it was from my new pen pal Heidi. After completed my stitch project, I promised to write her a letter.
Okay then. It’s a snail mail time.
Assalamualaikum. How are you everyone?
It’s been awhile since I received a lettee from my pen pal. I don’t know where have all my pen pals gone. I wrote to them but never get any reply after two letters. And I came to my IG friend posting about matching pen pals. I gave her details about myself ans received three pen pal names.
Surprisingly, I received this letter from Kim of Chicago first. I thought I had to write first, as usual. It was so lovely for her too made the hand painted card for me.
I’m going to reply and write to the two other pen pals. Till then. 😘
Assalamualaikum my dear friends and readers.
This beautiful and unique card had travelled 9,654km from Latvia. If you are curious what was the red thing on the picture, so do I. When I turn the card then I know that it is Lielvarde Belt, some of the treasures of Latvian.
